Neutral evaluation can include pre-filing assessment of claims, assessment of written materials such as briefs, documentary evidence or demonstrative exhibits, analysis of issues, evidence, expert testimony or lines of reasoning.
Special Master: Mr. Gilchrist can be retained to provide special master services for discovery and e-discovery or pre-trial disputes.
